The changing table is evil...

Well at least that's what William thinks. He has had a fever since Tuesday night and the changing table has been the site for medicine and temperature taking, both which he does not enjoy. We ended up taking him into the Urgent Care on Wednesday night as his fever was in the 104's, and he was a little lump in our arms. They poked, prodded and took x-rays of him but found nothing conclusive.

Negative for influenza, strep throat, lungs look clear so no pneumonia. One doctor said his ears look clear, one said there was some redness in one ear. So they gave him a shot of antibiotic and then oral antibiotics for the next couple days. So it is either viral, an ear infection, or mono according to the doctors.

He has been a sleepy boy, sleeping till 7:30 or 8am in the morning and taking long naps. He is also very clingy and cuddly, which I have to admit I enjoy unless I am trying to get dressed or go to the bathroom.

Hopefully he starts feeling better this weekend.

Poor guy. Its so frustrating when you just don't know what it is. Hoping its a virus that leaves him alone soon.

Auwww, that sucks. I hope he is feeling better now. I felt so helpless when Julianna was so sick with pneumonia, it was a terrible feeling.
