Adam was home this weekend with Friday and Saturday nights off. Even though he tries to somewhat keep to a night schedule we do get to see more of him. We took full advantage and had fun around the house with him. Especially since we will be leaving him home for Thanksgiving while William and I visit family and friends.
We got out to enjoy the weather a bit, William helped me in the yard this morning, Daddy got out for a run, and so did I. I was enjoying my tea and reading a book during nap, when I was told to get out for a run or a sweaty pair of underwear were going to be lobbed in my direction. What a nice husband, right?
Playing in our new clothes (great fit Gma S!) with our new toys.

Dad's were just designed to be jungle gyms, right?
William climbing onto my foot to be "walked" around.

Williamisms for the week:
"Your welcome, no problem Momma", every time I say thank you to him.
"That's the best ... I never had" or "That's the best thing I never dooed"
"Rainbows are big, Cranes are big, Daddy's big, Daddy's strong, what makes Daddy strong?" we then proceeded to have a conversation about how eating good food and exercising makes us big and strong.
"That's my crane, only my friends can use my crane, no grownups can touch it" about a building crane along the highway. He then goes on to name who can and can't touch it.
"Ya, ya, ya, yourself", definitely picked up from Daddy's list of expressions.
"Mom, why is the moon a crescent", and then a challenging conversation where I tried to explain how the sun was behind the earth making a shadow on the moon. Clearly by the repeat questions the concept was still too big for him, so a quick topic change and on we went talking in the car.
