Windy windy weather

We stayed in most of the weekend due to the blustery wind. Just made occasional trips outside to feed the birds, pick up sticks, go to the library, or check on the pumpkins out front. William had fun helping me make apple pies today, Will helped crank the apple peeler and yelled "done" each time an apple was done peeling. He also got into the flour and made a pretty good mess of his shirt.

Will is now 23 months old, where does the time go? He is talking in 2-3 word sentences, and likes to copy new words we say. He is still not much of a dancer (too much like his Dad I guess), as I can't get him to dance to Mickey's Hot Dog Dance no matter what I try. I hope the neighbors aren't watching me dancing to try to get my toddler to dance too.

William having fun with his play doh and concentrating very hard. Balls are his favorite shape, but we also make airplanes with a candy mold Chandra gave us, make snakes, as well as push the play doh into the letters on his chair Grandpa M made. He has the A and M down pat, but has trouble saying W even though he recognizes that his name starts with that letter.






On this little video, Will is making this funny sound, kind of like a DJ on a turn table. It cracks me up ever time he does it.



We are looking forward to a visit from Grandpa (Happy Birthday today!) and Grandma M this week and then Grandma and Grandpa S in two weeks. Should be lots of fall fun to be had!
