Round 2

William got sent home from Daycare again on Monday with a fever. Same scenario, not much of a fever seen the rest of the day and he seems just fine. He stayed home the next day and was in good spirits having a "Daddy Day". We looked in his mouth and another molar is popping through. I really thought they weren't suppose to get fevers with the teeth popping through but that is my only explanation at this point.

I caught a massive head cold this week, the kind where your eyes and nose water with little warning. People at work thought I was crying every once in a while, and I had to reassure them that I was fine, just a little sick. And I will have to say this winter has been so much better than last winter for us. The last cold I had was back in July, so I am not complaining.

Adam worked all night Thursday night then had SWAT training on Friday. Poor guy tried to stay up till bed time, but was falling asleep sitting up at 7pm and gave into it. He slept well through the night, so we are enjoying a "normal" Saturday together.

Think he's gotten a little bigger in 15 months?

We got a real snow storm yesterday, at least 6 inches of heavy wet snow, so after breakfast we all donned our snow gear and trudged out into the snow. Thank goodness for snow blowers, William and I shoveled, but it was heavy stuff. Glad we only had to do the back for Murphy and the sidewalk.

William and I worked on feeding the birdies too, he trudged through the snow to the back and only fell down once. He went into a sitting position and couldn't get back up. Mommy had to rescue him, it was pretty cute. Good morning air and exercise, but I will be more than happy to have spring come soon, we can't wait to go back to the park and see how much more independent he will be on the slides, swings, etc.

Pictures in the snow...

William seems to think that the snow should be shoveled into the garage, so we have nice little piles melting here and there.
